Series 50 Flooring
This is a Methyl Methacrylate system, which is a fast curing, UV stable system. The system can be installed in temperatures as low as -20°F, and is a solid color system, with opaque aggregate broadcast into the base coats. Our base system is a standard, double broadcast, 60-80 mils ( nominal 1/8 inch ) thick. The preparation recommended for this system is shotblasting. This is a mechanical method of preparing the concrete to receive high performance epoxy systems. This removes the laitance (the weak part of the concrete) and allows the epoxy to bond to the concrete. Installation takes approximately one day, in most circumstances. With this system you are able to use the floor an hour after the installation is complete. Series 50Q Quartz Flooring
