Poly-Crete KT
is a 100% solids, aromatic urethane system. It is blended with
special aggregates and used as a self-leveling slurry system
incorporating a natural quartz broadcast. Poly-Crete KT provides an
extremely tough, durable, floor topping. It is designed to protect
concrete and wood substrates from chemical attack, corrosion, impact
and thermal shock. Repeated exposure to hot oil or steam does not
cause pitting, cracking or crazing.

HD 250 - Heavy-duty
polyurethane resin withstands thermal shock stresses, including hot
water saturation and daily steam cleaning.

Genera Polymers FasTop Slurry and Mortar Systems
Fast installation and quick return to service is required in a number of
industrial manufacturing and kitchen applications. Repairing and resurfacing the
floor cannot stand in the way of the customer's operations. FasTop S
is a water-based urethane modified cementitious slurry that has been extensively
used in situations where the existing substrate is in relatively good condition.
The FasTop S system can also be finished with decorative quartz
broadcast in place of sand. This system provides a more decorative finish but
must be top coated with a clear epoxy or urethane to encapsulate the quartz and
allow for easier cleaning.
FasTop M is a water-based urethane cementitious mortar system.
This system is needed in areas were the substrate requires resurfacing or
sloping. FasTop M can also be installed without a topcoat which
significantly increases the speed at which the floor can be returned to service.
